DE ARQUEOLOGIAS Y OTRAS AGUAS.
Por Lic. Ana Igareta
I should be sincere: when taking some time being devoted to this activity
of imprecise definition that we call archaeology, I already believed
to have arrived to a series of fixed conclusions - near to the revealed
truth - with regard to the profession. I mean: solids and sign principles
that I supposed they would be applied to any type of archaeological
work, and that they would always accompany me avoiding that I got
lost somewhere around. Never in my life it had messed up her so much!.
Something that I learned at once, in the course of my first campaign
of underwater archaeology, was that was stepping a really unknown
territory -s: that the water had begun to ascend and that me, more
than to swim, I was getting involved -. "This" archaeology
continued being archaeology, but definitively I was not prepared for
what waited for me.
